ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

⚠️ Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone or message is required before shipping.


SHIPPING TIME

We aim to deliver your order within:

  • Casablanca & nearby cities: 1–2 business days
  • Other cities in Morocco: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Please make sure your phone number and address are correct.

📞 Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery.
If the customer is unreachable, the order may be delayed or canceled.


FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSED ORDERS

If a customer refuses the order without valid reason:

  • The order will be canceled
  • The customer may be restricted from future purchases

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with repeated failed deliveries.


DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Unreachable customers
  • Force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.)

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

Please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos or videos).
We will investigate and offer a replacement or solution if applicable.
